Tim began his building career immediately after graduating from Marquette University in 1973. His entire career has been devoted to building custom homes beginning with custom models, to custom one-of-a kind, to refined settings like kitchens, baths, wine cellars, additions, and renovations. Tim and his team are passionate about every project – large or small – making sure details are incorporated precisely. Tim’s vast experience is beneficial starting with the selection of the building site, design consultation, positioning the home, insuring all roughing is accurate, budgets met, and all finishing is meticulous. Besides enjoying his career, Tim and his wife, Jane, enjoy their grandchildren, traveling, following Marquette basketball, the Green Bay Packers, the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, the Wisconsin Badgers, playing golf and working on home projects.
Linda Moore, Director of Client Services
With over 20 years of real estate and design experience in the metropolitan Milwaukee area, Linda joined M.D. Custom Homes in 1998. Linda assists clients in the selection of hard goods and works with clients on their kitchen and interior design for their new home and insures that the project is organized. She also handles all accounting responsibilities for the company. Linda has a bachelor’s degree in home economics from UW-Stevens Point. Linda enjoys fitness activities including golf, tennis and walking, special interest classes, being creative in the kitchen, and learning to knit.
Paul Schulz, Director of Construction Services
Paul joined M.D. Custom Homes in 2005 as a project manager. Paul has over 20 years of experience in the carpentry trade ranging from framing to custom cabinetry and finish carpentry. Paul’s considerable finish carpentry experience and insight are of utmost benefit in guiding the details of the custom homes. His attention to details is impeccable from rough framing to finish carpentry and move-in. Clients enjoy working with Paul while building their new home. Paul’s many interests include: family camping, bicycling, bowling and golfing, plus, he also finds time to work on mission projects through his church.
