We contracted with M.D. Custom Homes to build our new custom home and thoroughly enjoyed the project. It had been years since we had built a home but Tim, Paul and Linda made the process very straightforward and gratifying.

Tim’s explanations and bidding procedure is open and easy for the layperson to understand. We found Paul to be excellent and always pleasant to work with. Paul’s background in finish carpentry was incredibly beneficial in working out the many millwork and cabinet details that came about. Linda along with Tim and Paul guided us in making all of the necessary selections and we felt that everyone worked incredibly hard to keep us in budget which we appreciated so much.

After we lived in our home for a few years we decided to add some additional cabinets and trim to our home theatre. Once again, Tim and Paul brought valuable ideas to us and we completed the project with great ease.

We have found through both of our projects with Tim and M.D. Custom Homes that every subcontractor was knowledgeable, professional and personable. Whenever we had a question we had an answer right away. We are incredibly pleased with our new home and all of its features. Based upon numerous conversations we learned that MDCH had the experience to complete a difficult project within a reasonable time frame and close to budget. Our process began with the selection of an architect, Paul Schultz of Sunarc Design. We always seemed to be 'on the same page’ and the design process was nothing less than spectacular. The selection of the builder was far more involved than the selection of the architect. Through referrals from friends, acquaintances, neighbors and our architect we identified seven potential builders. The selection process eventually reduced itself to two and ultimately to MDCH.

To identify the key factors that led to the selection of MDCH:
